- 2 Racks of lamb, 6 cutlets in each
- 70g breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons of Adesso Sicilian Lemon & Herb House Dressing
- Preheat oven to 200C (400F, gas mark 6)
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs with the marinade, mixing well.
- Place racks of lamb in a baking dish, press breadcrumb mixture onto the lamb.
- Bake in moderately hot oven for about 25 minutes or until lamb is cooked as desired.
- Stand, covered for 10 minutes before carving.
- Serve with seasonal vegetables or salad.
